小時候德育課教育我們做人的德行。現在回頭看,當時應早些去學懂珍惜這三得「食得、瞓得、痾得」。
食得 – can eat and taste delicious food without any hesitation, no matter $$, weight, etc.
瞓得 – sleep 8 hours a day without nightmare
痾得 – have input, so should have output daily and smoothly
走過了人生的第一個三十後,每天都為著生活、消費而努力的工作;朋友說我是敬業樂業,但說真的,我並沒有這麼高尚的人格,心𥚃只想著這另外的三得「做得、捱得、忍得」。但有了這三得亦並不代表你是「總有出頭天」的人材呢!
做得 – moderate amount of processing power…
捱得 – mod. amo. of pro. pow under pressure, tight schedule, ad-hoc processing, etc.
忍得 – control one’s temper, know how to clam down, learn to communicate with colleagues and boss, close ur eyes & ears when someone comparing their wages with u…
